THE CONSTANT

The team? After a thorough internal review, and in light of the administrative complications W-2s and 1095-Cs would introduce, it is still just me. That said, there is one person without whom KolTeK would be poorer in every way that matters. This page is dedicated to my wife, Michelle.

In the interest of factual accuracy, she does not appear on any formal org chart. She has, however, contributed substantially to the durability of the operation by tolerating long explanations about networking servers, building websites, and other matters no innocent person should have to hear in that volume. She has also, more importantly, shaped the man doing the work.

Michelle is one of those rare people whose goodness is immediately evident, yet somehow grows more remarkable the longer you know her. There is an integrity to her presence that does not require branding, repetition, or supporting documentation. She improves a room simply by being in it. If you ever have the privilege of meeting her, you will see exactly what I mean.

So yes, KolTeK is just me. But it would be dishonest not to acknowledge one of the people most responsible for the man behind it.
